This course is aimed to develop BSHM students with up to date information on basic Bar Service and Management Operations. It enhances their skills in bartending, mixing alcoholic, non alcoholic drinks, making coffee and adequate knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining a bar.
Quality Service Management in Tourism and Hospitality Industry
This course aims to enable the students to recognize and assess the quality management processes in hospitality and tourism-related organization and to evaluate departmental processes and strategies.
