Electricity and Magnetism Laboratory
This is a one-unit course with 3 hours laboratory every week. This is a major course on BSED-Science designed for students in the College of Education (COE) and College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). This is a study on the fundamental concepts of Electricity and Magnetism. It deals with Coulomb’s Law, Electric Field, Electric Potential, Capacitance, Current and Resistance, Circuits, Magnetic Field, Ampere’s Law, Faraday’s Law of Induction and Maxwell’s Equations. In examining the concepts mentioned and its relevant consequences, vector methods, as well as the basic of algebra will be used.

SCI 108 Cell and Molecular Biology
This course covers the biological principles relating to cellular and subcellular levels of structure and function. Topics include introductory biochemistry and molecular biology as well as the fundamentals of cell structure and physiology. Emphasis will be placed on the structural features of the different cellular organelles, the connections of the basic cellular processes and the importance of biomolecule properties for their control and regulation This also includes introduction to the physical and chemical organization of living organisms; metabolism; classical and molecular genetics; gene regulation; genetic engineering and molecular aspects of development. This lecture notes can be a good asset in different areas of biological and biomedical sciences. They can help biomedical laboratory scientists to understand the role of cell in life of living things.

ECCD Council and LNU Early Childhood Education Program
The Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) of the ECCD Council is implemented in partnership with a state university to capacitate in-service Child Development Teachers (CDTs) from National Child Development Centers (NCDCs). At the end of the program, CDTs shall be credited 18 units in MA Pre-Elementary Education after satisfying course requirements.
For this 8th run of the ECEP, the ECCD Council is partnering with the Leyte Normal University for 25 CDTs from Visayas and Mindanao.
This course module shall include the lessons delivered by the ECCD Council.

Principles and Theories of Management
This course deals with a body of theories and principles of management that can serve as frame of reference for the students as he/she responds to contemporary demands for effective action as a member/leader of an organization.
